Consultant Digitalization Projects (m/f/d)

 

You are an e-business expert, guiding clients in creating and extending their online presence. You advise the client on how to turn their hopes and dreams into deliverables, always being proactive, with an understanding of their business and the bigger picture. You make sure user stories are great, and enjoy delivering an awesome product.

 

You represent the voice of the client and you speak the language of your colleagues. Your strength lies in hearing each individual while keeping track of the bigger picture. You know what needs to be done (and how) and you know where your client is going. You look at a rainbow of sticky notes and see a coherent plan.

 

You understand the “why”, you build bridges by translating complex business requirements from the client into a roadmap, a product backlog and detailed user stories, ready for the team. You are valued for your diplomatic, consultative and solution-oriented ways. You identify opportunities in partnership with our clients. Plus, you find challenges in conflicting requests and help your stakeholders to make the best tactical decisions. With your technical background and experience in e-business, you’re not afraid to dive into details and challenge the team and the stakeholders. You simplify, you visualize and you prioritize, without leaving anyone out.

Your communication, personality, as well as expert -understanding of digitalization projects are the key ingredients to make internal and external stakeholders trust the process and get excited about the outcome.

You are responsible for managing the co-creation process for the digital strategies we develop with our national and international clients. You have the ability to independently and confidently manage this multi-layered processes at team and customer level. You steer the output of the co-creation process by keeping the big picture for everyone visible based on the clients desires whilst bringing all internal stakeholders on board at the right time.

The outcome is a digitalization strategy for our client that excites them as well as precise information for our internal teams that get's them excited to get started on those creative and technical solution finding processes.

These are the professional requirements and personal skills we are looking for:

  • Professional experience in a similar role in the digital sector (5+years)
  • Solid understanding of web/digital technologies
  • Ideally experience in working with content management systems and eCommerce solutions
  • Time and priority management skills
  • A teamplayer by heart
  • A coach and servant leader by heart
  • Direct responsibility in your field of work and independent and structured way of working
  • Proficient in German and English written and spoken
