Account Executive (m/f)

Location: Vienna, Austria.

We are currently looking for a high-energy, driven Account Executive with relevant experience in Software or Solution sales, value-driven sales approach und an in-depth understanding of channel sales.


Within your role and as part of our team you can expect lots of varied and challenging tasks:

  • Learn Salesforce award winning products, platforms, and value proposition
  • Work in partnership with our team of Business Developers, Pre-sales and marketers for all sales leads and sales opportunities
  • Drive a high volume of sales by managing the complete sales process
  • Up-selling and leveraging business from new and established customer relationships
  • Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings
  • Managing industry events and user groups to generate market interest


These are the professional requirements and personal skills we are looking for:

  • Possession of strong B2B sales and account management experience and a solid track record selling into the Austrian market.
  • Understanding of channel sales cycle.
  • Solid sales forecasting abilities and revenue achievement.
  • Successful history of net new business sales.
  • A background in inbound and outbound prospecting and closing of new business.
  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals.
  • Fluent in English and German (both at least at C1/C2 level).

  • Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Kentico CMS, Bynder DAM, InRiver PIM


The tools we use:

  • Salesforce, Atlassian Stack (Confluence, JIRA), MS Dynamics Navision

The minimum salary according to the IT- collective agreement is 3501€ gross salary plus a performance- related bonus.
